The Walk It Like You Talk It Challenge is the world’s first online runway competition connecting Fashion Designers, Musicians and Steppers (models) on one stage. Participants showcase original looks, sounds, and performances for a chance to win cash prizes, exposure, and recognition through WalkOnFleek.com and its affiliated social media channels.

• Open to participants aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Participants under 18 require verified parental or guardian consent.
• The Challenge is open worldwide, except where restricted by local law.
• Employees, contractors, or partners of Mediapeg LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win cash prizes.

Participants must register for at least one category:

Category - Description - Entry Fee

👟 Steppers (Models) - Showcase up to 5 runway-style videos - $25

🎧 Musicians / Producers - Submit up to 3 original beats or songs - $25

👗 Fashion Designers - Submit 3–6 looks, designs, or brand photos - $25

• All fees are non-refundable unless a Challenge cycle is cancelled by Mediapeg LLC.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal via WalkOnFleek.com.

1. Visit WalkOnFleek.com.
2. Select your category and complete your registration form.
3. Upload your submission materials (videos, audio files, or images).
4. Post your entry on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook Reels using:
   #WalkItLikeYouTalkItChallenge #WalkOnFleek #SlayItDontSayIt
5. Confirm your entry via your payment receipt email.

• All submissions must be original content created by the entrant or with written permission.
• Steppers’ videos must be between 15–30 seconds, vertical format (9:16), and may feature music from registered musicians.
• Musicians must submit only original compositions or beats they own full rights to.
• Designers must submit only their own original clothing, accessories, or visual work.
• Offensive, explicit, violent, or copyrighted content without permission will be disqualified.
• You may collaborate across categories, but each collaborator must be a registered participant.

Each Challenge cycle runs until 500 total paid registrations are reached.
Once that threshold is met:

• Entries close.
• Judging begins.
• Winners are announced via an official Walk On Fleek livestream and social channels.

Future Challenge cycles are announced on WalkOnFleek.com and across official platforms.

Winners are determined by a combined score from  judges + live drawings + engagement metrics.

Criteria - Weight Creativity & Originality 30%Presentation & Confidence 25% Style & Visual Impact 20%Collaboration Integration (if applicable) 15% Audience Engagement (likes, shares, comments) 10% Decisions of the judges are final and binding.

Each Challenge cycle awards a total of $7,500 in cash prizes, distributed as follows:

👟 Stepper Winner - $2,500 - Best overall runway performance

🎧 Musician/Producer Winner - $2,500 - Best original track used in the Challenge

👗 Fashion Designer Winner - $2,500 - Best original brand or design presentation

• Prizes are paid via bank transfer or Cashapp within 30 days of winner announcement.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes or reporting obligations.
• If a prize cannot be awarded due to eligibility issues, Mediapeg LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• Steppers may walk in their own style or collaborate with a registered Musician and/or Designer.
• Musicians may walk to their own beat.
• Designers may model their own brand or collaborate with a Stepper.
• Each collaborative participant must have a valid paid registration.
• Each collaborator retains ownership of their respective content.

By entering, participants confirm they own or have rights to all materials submitted.
You grant Mediapeg LLC and WalkOnFleek.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display, distribut and promote your content on its platforms.
• Include your work in promotional videos, highlight reels, press and advertising.

This license does not transfer copyright. You retain full ownership of your content.

By entering, you grant Mediapeg LLC permission to use your name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the Challenge without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Mediapeg LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Contains offensive or harmful content
• Misrepresents ownership or originality
• Attempts to manipulate judging or engagement metrics
• Engages in harassment, cheating, or abuse toward staff or participants

Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes and fees.

Mediapeg LLC is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunctions or upload failures
• Lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries
• Internet or platform outages (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and compliant file submissions.

Winners are responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, and local taxes.
Prize payments exceeding $600 (U.S. residents) will require completion of an IRS Form W-9.
International winners may be subject to additional verification or transfer limits.

Mediapeg LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time if:

• Fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.) occur.

In such cases, entries will be honored or refunded at the company’s discretion.

By entering, you release Mediapeg LLC, its officers, affiliates, and sponsors from all liability for:

• Damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation.
• Technical or communication failures.
• Unauthorized use of content by third parties.

You assume all risk associated with public posting of your content on social platforms.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.
