• Participants must be 16 years or older.

• The Challenge is open worldwide, except where restricted by law.

All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mediapeg LLC.

• All content must be original or properly licensed.
• Each category requires a paid registration.
• Steppers, Musicians, and Designers may collaborate, but each must register.
• Submissions must comply with platform community guidelines.

Each Challenge cycle awards a total of $7,500:

• 👟 Stepper Winner: $2,500
• 🎧 Musician/Producer Winner: $2,500
• 👗 Designer Winner: $2,500

Prizes are awarded via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days of announcement.
Winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting requirements.

Participants retain ownership of their content.
By submitting, you grant Mediapeg LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and promote your content in marketing, highlight reels, and social posts.

Entries may be disqualified for:

• Incomplete or false information
• Violation of contest rules
• Offensive, illegal, or plagiarized content
• Harassment, hate speech, or misconduct

Mediapeg LLC reserves the right to remove content and disqualify participants at any time.

Mediapeg LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Technical errors or upload issues
• Data loss, miscommunication, or unauthorized reposts
• Platform outages or account bans
• Injury, loss, or damages arising from participation

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mediapeg LLC, its partners, and staff against any claims or damages resulting from your participation or content.

Registration fees are final.
Refunds will be issued only in cases of duplicate payments or event cancellation by Mediapeg LLC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.

Mediapeg LLC may modify these Terms at any time.
